Wii U definitely. But I want to go older and I'd have to say Dreamcast

Nothing comes close to Dreamcast in my eyes, mainly because it had such an amazing start but ultimately was the main cause for Segas fall. The games that came out on it though, wow, just wow. Well, the Sega Saturn and WiiU are closed second tied :).

I say gamecube because many abandoned it before its best games could come out. Late in its cycle, you had great titles like Mario Strikers and RE4. dreamcast was a popular choice in the poll, but i really think it's gotten its due over the years.

All I can say is that I am a massive Nintendo fan, but even I know GameCube sucked.

I'd definitely say the top 4 are Dreamcast, Vita, GameCube and Wii U.

Edit: But my vote for the best one is the Wii U. I don't think it'll ever get the credit it deserves on a mass scale, and that's just a shame.

N64 by a lightyear, but it isn't really underrated. It's a popular retro-console. The Dreamcast also isn't really underrated in the gaming world. Of those that actually are underrated, WiiU probably, though I never played Vita.

Vita's so good it's there twice
