Yep you sure did get a dragon in Ni No Kuni. I was talking about the greatest jrpg of last gen though.

Yep. The map in XV looks exactly the size of XIII. (Obviously just joking people.)

If there's not an overworld airships won't really work IMO.

IE, the game will feel small (IE like a city instead of a world). It will fill probably like the size of GTA5, which is a city, and not a whole world.

The reason why they worked in the past before is they went with an overworld separate from the actual zones. (which itself is much smaller than even pulse in FFXIII). -Also what I say can be ignored if they indeed are having an overworld.

Now you could argue they should implement the overworld (And I believe they showed this in initial builds). But with the exception of FFVII. I don't really think the overworld was an interesting mechanic. (I can elaborate as to why I think FFVII's World Map was brilliant and the other FF's weren't).
