Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Xbox One lost another exclusive

Will actually, but going for PS4 first, but the more time goes, the more exclusive goes to PC, I'm having second thoughts now.

edit: dangit, this was suppose to be a reply to kowenicki.

Doesn't bother me. M$ will get the money regardless if someone buys it on Xbone or PC. It's on their products, it only helps them. Would be great if it was also cross-buy. That would give people an incentive to get an Xbone if they buy on PC, just to get their freebie games.

As far as Fable Legends goes, game seems like craps. This and Evolve looked promising to me, but it hasn't turned out good by the looks of things.

M$? Welcome to the late 90's... Unbelievable we see this still today. And from someone who is apparently VGC staff.

Good for Fable Legends. It needs the numbers. Hopefully the people who don't own an Xbox One actually end up getting it instead of just throwing around witty remarks about how they CAN get it.

In terms of this game specifically, it matters not a bit. The game is not a system seller so it's better to make money from selling to as many people as possible without putting it on an actual competitor's platform.

What if they start bringing Forza, Halo and Quantum Break to PC?

Don't see an issue with this especially with win10 allowing games to be streamed in either direction.

I'm expecting Sunset Overdrive and Quantum Break to be announced for PC in the later half of this year.

Both games don't really qualify for cross-play.

Sunset Overdrive seems perfect for cross-play. Doesn't it have co-op?

Quantum Break does not, but it will probably follow in Alan Wake's footsteps.

Forza and Halo would make sense because of crossplay, QB not. And I guess this wouldn't steal much sales from Xbone as I guess that the main target for Xbox is not the typical PC gamer.

Same is true of many of Sony's exclusives, so I don't think this is a big deal. PC gaming is way more popular than it used to be, thanks in large part to the impact of indie games and services like Steam.

It's a classical solo game with additional online features. This doesn't apply to Fable Legends.
