Both games don't really qualify for cross-play.

I agree it's not a good thing for xbox, but i'm really happy now that i can play it
Doesn't bother me. M$ will get the money regardless if someone buys it on Xbone or PC. It's on their products, it only helps them. Would be great if it was also cross-buy. That would give people an incentive to get an Xbone if they buy on PC, just to get their freebie games.
As far as Fable Legends goes, game seems like crap. This and Evolve looked promising to me, but it hasn't turned out good by the looks of things.

M$? Welcome to the late 90's... Unbelievable we see this still today. And from someone who is apparently VGC staff.
PwerlvlAmy said: its a weird situation. When Microsoft wasnt supporting Windows games for PC properly then fans cried out at Microsoft for it and said its a bad move and bashed them Now Microsoft starts adding games to PC and its still perceived as bad to people I view Microsoft in the same light I do Nintendo sometimes. They're in a no win situation no matter what they do |
And at the same time there are other people that see everything MS or Nintendo do as a great move, it's called fanboyism, I think we should've gotten used to that by now.
TBH, this just kind of goes to prove that theres less and less of a reason to own a console and more and more of a reason to own a gaming PC. As it stands, neither PS4 or Xbone are giving me a reason to buy them. Seeing as I'm not a fan of Halo, or 'traditional' shooter in general, the only three titles I was interested in for the Xbone were Fable, Below, and Sunset Overdrive. All three are coming to PC now. The PS4 on the other hand will have Uncharted 4, The Last of Us 2, Bloodborne, and The Order. None of which are coming to PC as of yet.

They should bring all their games to PC since, as I have stated before, MS seems to look at the XBox brand as their gaming hub, not connected to specific hardware. This started years ago and will expand now with Win10. The games are console exclusive in terms of only appearing on an XBox console. PC is an entirely different market that doesn´t compete with consoles, so of course they should release on that platform aswell.
If PC gets all MSG games, and XBO gets all MSO products I think it is a win win for both platforms. I really hope by the end of this, Xbox becomes a set spec PC, and basically finds itself as the Set top box of the Windows ecosystem. I would be all for owning a Windows PC, Surface Tablet, Xbox One, and Windows Phone. After todays conference I am honestly 90% of the way towards going over to XBO as my main, and having PS4 as my second. If the Windows 10 truly unifies all MS products then they are by and far the leader in every aspect of PC, Tablet, Console, and Phones.

Why is it not good for XBox?
Well then, another Xbox exclusive I get to play on my PC, hoping for a good port.
