How can the Xbox One be anything remotely close to a failure?

It's outsold their predecessor, the Xbox 360 (so far), and the generation isn't even close to being wrapped up. X1 still has many guns left, and sales can shift very easily.

The PlayStation 4 is just a beast right now and is an amazing console, but that doesn't mean the Xbox One is a failure...

How is this bump acceptable?

Such a weird bump...

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

How can people vote the X1 as a failure? Its more successful then the 360 which was the 2nd most successful console last gen. To fanboys its a failure I guess because its not the best selling console, to MS its beating there last product so thats what matters most.

Doesn't have to be the best selling to be a success. Ill just laugh at those who claim failure for it.

Beating the 360 is not what matters most to MS. Beating everyone is what matters most. I think the X1 is a failture cause it's losing in every major market. They dominated last gen in the US with around 18 million more consoles sold the chances of that happening again are gone.

Most of those upcoming "exclusives" aren't even exclusives....

And we're using ports now as argumentive sake...

Failure or sucess is always dictated by the objectives.

If the objective was to win WW, its a failure.
If the objective was to fight Sony for the market on the US, then its a sucess.

I cant imagine the system fulfilled many of the objectives originally traced, but thats why those change.

I wouldn't call it a failure. The sales are underwhelming when compared to the PS4 but calling it a failure is just wrong right now.

I wouldn't even call the Wii U or the Vita a failure yet. While their sales are even way more underwhelming, both keep selling (at a lower level as their concurrents, but still) and even show some signs of recovery

Wait and see is what happens is what I suggest.

Besides, even a failure can be highly acclaimed, see the Dreamcast
