Hope they come through and bring all Microsoft productivity software to Xbox One. That has always been my dream. It would automatically make Xbox One the best PC on the market by miles, and miles, and miles.

If they have finally struck gold and brought Xbox and Windows together on all Microsoft devices, then they have accomplished everything I have ever wanted. I am ready to jump to Windows Phone, and Xbox One as the last two devices I will ever need. Make it happen MS.

Stopped reading when I saw the name "Kevin Dent', he is a major tool, and the biggest MS shill around, Dude argues on twitter day and night with fanboys, praising and defending x1 at every turn, embarassing behaviour for an industry exec. He is an idiot of the biggest proportion.

Make it possible for all W10 apps to appear on X1 and it will automatically become the best console ever made. And throw in some PSNow similar feature as well MS :P.

Loved this event. For the first time in years I am exited about Microsoft. They seem to have finally put all the pieces of their puzzel together. I look forward to more on the integration of Windows on Xbox One, and Xbox on Windows. The day Microsoft Office hits Xbox One I will be picking one if not two of these up. I am ready to shatter Phil's expectation of Excel on Xbox One.

I see this as a massive hit to PlayStation4, and I am not even sure if Sony can do anything about it. XBO with Universal Software will push it to numbers way beyond what X360 did, and I think it is going to drastically effect PS4 sales in the US , if not globally.

I think you're really overestimating the amount of people who would be willing to do their spreadsheets on a console.

I mean, XOne already has Skype from day one, but it doesn't seem to help with the sales. Doubt that people will massively be choosing one console over another to check their e-mails, do banking, or prepare their college seminars.

All this integration is nice to have if you already have the hardware, but I doubt that a person that was interested in Uncharted or Street Fighter will forego that for Powerpoint.
