I have no damn clue but your sig for some reason inspires me to dance. Seems like this whole adapter deal is backfiring on nintendo. Should of just made new gamecube controllers that work on the wii u completely and all it's games. Everyone would of loved 'em for it.

Why would you want to anyway? I barely grasp the point of the thing with Smash Bros., but with Mario Kart I don't see any at all. This is why the Pro Controller was invented, and it works perfectly fine without the need of wires and adapters.

I kinda wish I could the n64 controlley on smash wii u. I play so much n64 smash bros. Most other controllers don't feel right. Just for smash tho.

Maybe because all of those games are perfectly fine with the gamepad and the GC adapter was only for the vocal melee minority?

It would takea small development team maybe a week to emulate Pro-Controller features on a GC controller. Smh at all the people just telling OP to use a pro-controller, when OP probably just likes how the GC controller works. Please stop excusing lazy work from developers.
