I wouldn't put too much stock in this, you're looking at a time point when all the platforms' sales are in freefall and even that one day shift from year to year of Jan 3rd this year compared to Jan 4th last year could cause a large change in the sales because you're a bit further up the curve which is in freefall.

If only Nintendo could keep a steady stream of games throughout the year and avoid long droughts. Wii U could very sell 55-65- weekly.

Maybe if Third parties were backing the console.

thats why I said it could be either way

But I have noticed wii u seems to be in the top 100s at amazon, walmart, gamestop in US right now so Ill just wait and see.

I would say 50K but the U has nothing going on for a few months coming up here

You'd be correct, that might help retain momentum a bit but I'm not expecting much out of either game in America / Europe which is what this thread is about.

Both of those games will help in Japan more.
