Not really sure about n the differences in fanbase. For example, GTA, COD, and FIFA dominate the PS4 and Xbox One.

How the hell did 4 wii u games show up in the top 40
this is probably its best week for the top 40 in the UK since launch
probably best ever

It's out of the top 40 on other platforms*. If you look at the combined chart you can see Destiny is #9 there (1 place below AC Unity that is bundled with most XB1's and 2 places below MC: PS Edition that is a beast in its own right) so it should be obvious that it's still selling quite well on other platforms.

The Crew sold 7,940 and it's on 6. I don't know how much the sales are usually weekly but a game on 4 system selling below 7,940 on 4 systems while only one system where it is being sold is in the top 40 tells us that there wasn't many new owners of Destiny. That said bundles count also and there is still the Destiny bundle available which makes the number for those who only buy the game potentially even smaller.

It is still available online but we should wait for an answer from a UK guy if stores already have it. I guess bundles sell generally less after holidays. The fact that Driveclub is being sold for less than other AAA games so shortly after launch (especially exclusives) could also be a good factor of its good sales.

Interesting though that especially in UK it is selling that good. It is not discounted in Germany, for example.
