Everything is possible. MS dropped the entry price from 500$ to 350$ + 2 games in less than a year, so i wouldn't be surprise by a 280$ (or even less) Xbox One this year.

this yr it was 330 there were deals where you would get a 50 dolla gift card while it was 330 target and amazon had these but you still had to shell out 330 for it

i dont see the base price going below 300 i think there gonna bundle better games with it or a bigger HDD but 300 is the lowest i see it going even on BF

Fat chance. XB1 will be $349 until the holiday season / Black Friday, and you might see some bundles for $329 again, that's it. M$ doesn't need to do another "temporary" price drop / cut like they did this year to boost sales, XB1 now has enough momentum to sell on its own, and $349 is the ideal price point.

It could go bellow 300 this year, it all depends on what sony does. I'm guessing within the next month or two, sony will announce a drop to 300 or 350, Depending on which one it is, MS will have to respond.

The only reason the official price will drop to $300 is if PS4 drops to $350. I do see that happening so there will be BF deals that are under $300.

Some BF deals will be effectively $250 if the official price if $300 because there will be $50 gift card deals like there are at certain retailers every year. But there won't be any Xb ones with a sticker price of $250. There may be sticker prices of $279.
