Consider this a formal warning.

Well you know what they say, you don't judge an RPG by it's battle system. You judge it by the amount of good looking chicks. And so far Xenoblade Chronicles dissapoints....

"Fallout, dark souls, skyrim and a lot of others rpgs have characters with stupid faces, animations and models,"

Fallout and TES got a lot of hate for their terrible faces though. Why would Xenoblade be an exception? The fact is that the faces look bad, so people will complain.

Prove whos a hater, is a hater some one that does not agree with the apologists state of view.   Learn the difference between facts and hate, x faces are weird low quality whatever.  Its not hate when some one points it out and complains.  Then you can pretend to be frasier on a forum. 

I've seen plenty of people state that they look bad, but none that have tried to use it as a means of downplaying the whole game. How would that even work? :p

Anyway, there would probably be a lot less discussion about them if a minority of people didn't keep trying to pass them off as some kind of technical marvel. I don't see anyone trying to argue that the faces in Skyrim, Fallout or Dark Souls are anything other than acceptable. Threads like this just perpetuate the issue too.

Edit: Forgot to mention the other minority that tries to compare them to those in a PS2 game. They do nothing to help either.

honestly the faces bugged me alot; until i saw the new trailer. With worlds i wild life like what was in that trailer i'll happily live with the lame face animations. The only other i AM actually worried about is localization. I well past the age where HAVING to read sub-titles is ok. If this game doesn't get translated i might not end up pre-ordering it after all. On the flip side of course, once i see a trailer with english voice overs i'll pre-order and fully pay it off that day. Game looks pretty awesome.
