This thread will be focused on the 2016 election cycle for the United States, specifically the presidential race. This will be an ongoing thread that people can post news on the candidates as well as debate fellow members on the merits of the ideas of candidates. That being said, all debates and arguments must remain civil so keep your comments in line with the forum rules.
So please, keep the vitriol down. Politics come with strong opinions and emotions, I know, but we have to keep our discussions civilized here. Please refrain from using overly negative descriptions of candidates that may cause other people that support those candidates to get upset.
