Hi guys, I just wanted to know what your opinion on the subject was. I agree with the fact that if someone kills they should be killed themselves unless that have mental health problems.

Depends on the crime or if it was an accident. If someone runs a red light and another person crashes into them, killing them I don't think thats capital offense, let alone a crime.

Rape and torture is a better sentence. Why let them off easy by killing them?

if I am 100% sure he is one because I saw him do it myself and I do exactly know that he did it on purpose and not in self defence and there is a chance he would do it again  then MAYBE.

But when its "hey this is fox news this one is a killer" or "hey this is your random corrupt asshole politician this one is a killer" then my answer would be FUCK YOU not going to kill people just because you lie to me.
