Don't know what is like in the US, although in Europe we get pretty sick of each other sometimes especially in major city's like Paris, where you constantly get pulled over by a man with a dark skin which want you to sell plastic souvenirs of Paris monuments. In Amsterdam there live as much immigrants as Dutch people, so we feel a bit threatened by them. The same counts for city's as the Hague and Rotterdam, though most black cultures assimilate pretty well, some exceptions like antils which do've some significant negative statistics.
Mainly there isn't much difference between black and white cultures in the Netherlands there are some details which we like to seem as a big deal (black pete discussion, ritual slaughtering).
Furthermore in statistics the usual stuff higher unemployment and higher crime rates, some folks will not/ don't want to learn our language (say anything about that and you're a Intollerant bastard and a racist) the usual soil for Extreme right parties is also available here.
As the intollerant racist bastard which I am, I want everyone who doesn't speak our language within 5 years being thrown out of the country. But that's a small percentage of a big group which seems to enjoy our country and are assimilated to our culture. Lately we've a bit of trouble with Muslims after the third terrorist attack, but that will be over after a few weeks since Europe's (fucking arrogant) policy is don't do anything against terrorism not even extra troups to fight IS.
We can afford to be ultra tolerable and let every known potential brainwashed IS terrorist into our country. With that I meant people which are already known to've fliown to Syria to with IS, around 1000 people out Europe so far which still've a legitimate passport. After a few other attacks like the one on Charlie that policy might change but the view of (muslim) immigrants by European citizens would probably (unnecessarily) be severely changed for the worse which will result in a bigger mutual hate against eachother which is a shame.
