I predict

1-2 New game announcements
Release dates for Yoshi, splatoon and New 3DS US/EU
Captain Toad amiibo, and dlc
Xenoblade trailer
New remastered game probably for Wii U but possibly for new 3DS

Your For Sure list seems pretty likely. My guess would be most of the following:

-New 3DS release dates and info (lots of it).
- Majoras Mask release date
- Monster Hunter 4 release date or window
- More Codename STEAM info
- Amiibo info / trailer
- Mewtwo trailer and Smash update info
- Kirby trailer / info and hopefully EU release
- Mario Kart 8 DLC trailer
- Release date for one of Mario Maker / Yoshi's Woolly World around May, "Summer" release for the other along with Splatoon.
- Xenoblade N3DS info and possible release date, Xenoblade Chronicles X fall release window.
- Possible trailer or footage for Star Fox, coming late fall.

New 3DS, Majora's Mask, Codename STEAM and possibly MH4 / Xenoblade  N3DS remaster will be the focus, Wii U info will mostly be Kirby or Smash/ Amiibo/Eshop/VC stuff, with a bit more concrete info on Yoshi / Mario Maker / Splatoon and a taster for one of the fall / holiday games. If there's a surprise announcement it will be a future 3DS title, possibly N3DS exclusive.

Xenosaga HD will be there, and when it is I fully expect to be labeled as a nintendo insider.

Soraya Saga just retweeted the Direct. Xenoblade Chronicles X pretty much confirmed.

New games. That's what they need to show. If they don't, then they're gonna be in some trouble.

That's stupid Coney and u know it. They have like 10 1st/2nd party Wii U games scheduled for this year that have yet to release. 3DS could use some announcements but even then there are about a half dozen exclusives already announced.

This Direct is for games thru spring, or in other words games releasing before or shortly after E3. Absolutely no reason to expect a bunch of new games. At most, we should except 1-2 new game announcements.

When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.

For Wii U:
Kirby release date
Mario Kart spring DLC
X trailer+ Japanese and West release dates (JAP: april, West: Q3)
Mario Party 10 release date (May)
New Mario Maker Trailer and release window (Q2)
Splatoon Trailer and release date (summer)
Pokken info

SMT X FE is the only game I really hope they update us on, but that more than likely won't happen. Splatoon gameplay, new Mario Maker trailer (maybe with Luigi, Toad, and Peach as characters and with a Mario 2 setting), a Yoshi tailer + release date, and the Kirby Rainbow Curse Amiibo announcement. And some New 3DS stuff, of course.

For Amiibo, if they could reveal a Ness Amiibo for wave 4, that would be wonderful.

All I want is to see an update in Devil Third. Since E3 we are on limbo.
