He won't, every test vote and every survey shows that Ronaldo will win it. If Messi won the final he definitely would have won, but the final is not enough to offset Ronaldo's dominance in the Champions League last year.

My personal choice would be Neuer because of his performance in the World Cup, but I think Ronaldo will be elected.
