Wittiness
Probably the most important but also most subjective category for any post creator. vivster tries his best on staying light with topical digs and as many obscure references as possible, most of which will fly over most people's heads immediately while they continue to the next post. While his tenacity in this regard is remarkable, he just fails consistently and is often misunderstood because of it.

Content
What would post be without content? SPAM! That's what it would be!
Which is why vivster's posts always contain a surprising amount of depth and information ready to be picked through by the interested reader. Some of the content may be hidden between the lines but it's often apparent the amount of research and in-depth analysis that went into them. Truly a worthy addition to the many discussions in this forum.

Fanboyness
As an inhabitant of a games forum one has to bring his own biases to the table to stay competitive in the field. vivster is a proclaimed Sony fanboy who owned every Sony console since the PS3. Always going on about acclaimed Playstation exclusives like Infamous and Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars. Games which ware clearly superior to any other exclusives.
He is also part of the Gaming PC Master Race and spreads the truth about high performance in gaming and why all consoles are inferior to PCs because of less pixels per second.
All in all a solid ground to stand against other fanboys.

Haterness
Of course not all is well in the industry and there are many things that will easily agitate him.
His hate against everything Xbox is the natural conclusion of his Playstation fanboyism but he goes even beyond that. Having banned everything green in his room and wardrobe, he truly lives the hate for that particular console.
And who could forget his numerous rants about anything Nintendo. The only console maker who hates visual fidelity and refuses to go 3rd party on a proper console(like the PS4 for example). There is barely any Nintendo thread without negativity and unnecessary digs from him against Nintendo. That is commitment!

Wackiness
Some posters will try to gain attention by behaving randomly and irrationally. Not so vivster. Always business, always on point. His posts are thought provoking without random factoids that would only confuse his fans.

Final Fantasy
Final Fantasy is a Japanese Role Playing Game or JRPG. It gained high popularity even in western countries due to its high production values in story, music and visuals and its willingness to innovate its games with every new iteration. It has brought us masterpieces like FFVIII and FFIX and has become a symbol and beacon for all JRPGs to strive for.

Sarcasm
Sarcasm is hard to deal with on forums that rely on written text messages without the ability to convey the tone of the voice. That's why vivster avoids this rhetorical tool at all costs. Yet he still gets into trouble for it due to other users assuming things that he never said, going so far as to accusing him of sarcasm without any basis whatsoever.
It's a harsh and cynical world out there, all the better that there are straight forward people like vivster out there who just say what they mean without being passive aggressive all the time.

Seriously, he'll jump on anything with boobs, an ass and legs not quick enough to run away.
Grammar
Since English is only his second language he doesn't even have to try to form a coherent sentence. Everyone who dares to criticize him for that will have to deal with the mods.

Ban Appeal
With 9 bans and numerous warnings, vivster's posts truly gained attention from the most popular mods. While none of his posts were banworthy whatsoever, he continues to be unfairly targeted by the thought police. There seems to be some kind of mod honey between the lines of his posts that will draw them in like flies.
Nevertheless he takes it with stride, finding new ways to avoid moderation every day. After all, a banned vivster is bad for us all.

Conclusion
Vivster is an asset to this forum. He has done things in a mere year that would be unthinkable for people who have been longer on this site. His continuing efforts to make this forum a better place for everybody deserve recognition and high praise.
