Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Nintendo will become obsolete

Nintendo is getting dangerously close to obsolete as a hardware manufacturer. They definitely would be raking up cash if they went third party though.

I don't know about that.

i wouldn never doubt anything alternine said, I heard he is an industry insider or something like that. Respect your elders.

The reactions in these threads are always very telling, apparently the box that plays the games and the exclusivity of those games is more important than simply being able to play the games.

Well, you need a stand and a place to put that tablet while u are holding the controller and from my experience, a lot of the cases that come with tablets that act as a stand are terrible

My tablet has a stand. I'm using it right now to make this post! I've played a lot of games on it and it works great.

Really? I have had horrible experiences with Tablets + Game controllers when I was back at uni and when someone bumbed the table, my tablet would fall

*shrugs*

Get a better stand and/or tablet.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

Can I play COD Ghosts on my GBA micro?

You dont think they'd make a lot of money? I'd definitely buy an Eternal Darkness game on my PlayStation.

If you want to play nintendo games, then buy their damn console.

Not every casual deserves to play them for a few cents.

Same goes for MS and Sony.

If you're interested in Nintendo content and understand german, maybe you want to take a look at my youtube channel! :)

Well, the point is, is that tablet experiences are not very good. Specially if ur going on the skytrain or on the bus or even just walking or heck, unless you are sitting near a desk or flat surface, you are not going to have a good experience

I'm honestly not sure if going third party would make them a lot more money. Maybe in short term, but I'm not so sure about long term.
