Something else thats really not needed but would be a nice addition. On the homepage just on top the WW sales of the consoles it could say "Mods Online:" then the usernames of the mods currently online can be shown. Mods names in red and ioi's name in gold, lol. EDIT: This is a gaming site so it doesnt have to say "Mods Online: --" it could say something fun like: Beware! Mods on Duty: -- Bored Men with Power: -- We're Watching You: --

ANOTHER IDEA!!! Under users online it should have a "most members online record" + Date Set. Example

Users online: ---
(--- members, --- guest)

Most members online record: ---
Month/Day/Year

- A notification when you have a new comment on your wall similar to when you receive a PM. There would need to be an option to disable this notification as some people would always have a notice up. :)
- A notification when someone has quoted you.
- A game rating system you must be logged in with a certain history to use. (perhaps with the votes being public and limited to people who have the game in the game list).

That is all I can think of for now. :) EDIT 1: I second Elgefe02's suggestion of having the last poster also apear in the hot topics and perhaps a timestamp of the threads last post. EDIT 2: I second OKR's suggestiong just after mine that when you check your own profile when you are logged in, it should not count as a view. It also goes into my comment notification request. since I would not visit my own profile unless it's to see if I have comments.

- I suggested the following already in another thread: Adding ”game added to database by...“ next to ”last updated by...” in the game detail views.

1. Viewing a list of games that are ordered by WORLDWIDE sales. The only thing I can find right now are Million Sellers. (Correct me if I am wrong).

2. The ability to edit the thread title

3. The ability to link specific posts. This way if I want to refer to a post I made a while ago, I dont need to link the whole thread and have every sift through all 300+ replies to find the post I was talking about.

4. Picture comments

All I'm asking for is one thing, and it's the same thing I've asked for before:

When you click on a link for a thread that's in your "recently posted in" box that is off to the left side of the site, make it so it takes you to the last place you posted in that thread and NOT to "the very first page but too far down to be able to click the link that navigates you to the last page without having to first scroll up first"

I really don't think it should be that much, and it only makes sense. If it's a thread you already posted in, why would you want to go back to the first page? You've already read that stuff, the main reason to click on those links is to see what NEW posts have turned up since the last time you posted in them.

Post official sales stats to see how close VGChartz estimates were to official retail sales.

Prediction league suggestions

• Preliminary results for the prediction league - Because the payout scheme was changed, we can no longer calculate our payout based on immediate results. It would be nice if ioi could post what we potentially earned, but not give it out until the final updates are in. Also, there should be a note that the results are preliminary.
• Breakdown on earnings - Show the results for each game and console for each user when you click on the prediction league details for that user.
• League Totals - Show a table with the total earnings for each user who has entered 1 or more prediction leagues. Don't include weeks that haven't had results in yet.
• Sortable results - Allow the user to sort by either payout, percentage, or bet.
• Update Notices - A note showing when a round was late update and the type of update. On the main prediction leages page, it could say something like <round> - Preliminary Update 3/18/08. This would clicking through trying to figure what is new and if something has been updated yet.

Other Suggestiongs

• Change the notice for new messages back to red. It would stand out more and be easier to see.

Allow users to submit poll questions with up to 6 responses. Then have a mod choose 1 new poll each week out of those submitted.
