I think it's safe to assume that PS4 won as there is no mention of Xbox One's conquest.

To the same extent as in UK? Sully said several times the DC sales are to a good degree because the game is (heavily) bundled.

Looking at this I'd say it's likely the PS4 beat the XB1 in consoles sale. 6 titles in the top ten for the PS4 and 3 titles in the top ten for the XB1. And the 3 biggest franchises ahead of the XB1:

That's still not confirmation that the PS4 outsold the XB1 though. I believe it probably did but he seems to be just stating the install base is larger rather than it won this week.

It had an advantage to begin with and most probably, even X1 won a few weeks, that wasn't enough to overtake the PS4 in total. PS4 also had amazing deals as Xbone so what helped Xbone in US didn't happen in UK because Sony fought way better here as it seems.
