Overrated in terms of general concensus. Ex: reviewers of Skyward Sword laud the game and believe it to be a masterpiece, many going as far to have it rated 10/10. Meanwhile I dispise the title; I'm one of the folks that has no issues with the controls but dislike SS for many other reasons. Fi and all of her annoyances, The Imprisoned, the stamina meter, the unskippable/unbareably slow text and cutscenes, the filler, and many more.

How about you all?

Infamous 2 and Batman: Arkham City. (I don't really hate these games, but I was very underwhelmed and found them to be pretty mediocre overall)

LBP was alright for a few hours but it wasn't for me. I'm not a "creator" so I'm glad it was free with the "Welcome Back" thing Sony did after being hacked.

It's difficult for me to think of overrated game I've actively disliked.

I find the Little Big Planet games overrated. Although I did like the Vita version, I wouldn't say I "dislike" them.

The one that really comes to mind is GTA IV. One of the most boring games, with such an unlikeable and BORING protagonist. That 98 Meta... I will not understand that. THAT'S MY OPINION THOUGH!!!!!!!!!! OPINION!!!!!!!!!

I honestly have to say Super Mario Galaxy. It lacked the charm and originality Super Mario World and Super Mario 64 had. I really disliked how the controls had to be used. Score was good, but I really didn't like the worlds. Maybe I'm a old school Mario fan, but I really didn't like this game. I couldn't be immersed innit.
