According to VGChartz Wii U will sell around 100k in February NPD... tooooooooooooooooo much.
It is also probabily undertracke in Europe too...

Globally Wii U is probabily overtracked but not by much, still up YOY.

But Patcher thinks Wii U will be 100K also. I mean, the guys is like the gaming god of good prediction. No way it's over tracked

But on a serious note. It's nice seeing the Wii U getting a boost this month.... atleast for now. It will be interesting to see how the Wii U does this year during the period of time where it died last year. Nintendo hopefully has a AAA game to release in April. Yoshi Wolly World seem propable, but there has been little to no news about that game. And the release date would be only 2 months away with nothing since E3. Looks like a drought maybe coming. It's also going to be a real test to also see how the Wii U can keep up with last year post MK8 boost. I doubt Splatoon or any other 1st half of the year games will be able to do what MK8 did. Hopefully we have a surprised interest randomly show up.

Patcher have predict 550,000 Wii U in December 2013 NPD, but at the end ot have sold 480,000.

65,000 Wii U in August NPD, and have sold 60,000...

Imo, 100,000 for Wii U this NPD is seriusly too much, maybe it will sell very but very good during the tax season, maybe Kirby will little help the sales, and maybe will help even the Mario Party 10 hype, only in this case can break 100k...

Imo, 80,000 is more realistic.

Kirby really didn't do all that much sadly.

Mario Party 10, Splatoon and Xenoblade will probably all together have a slightly bigger impact on the Wii U than Mario Kart 8. (here's why)

Back then, Mario Kart 8 was a huge release obviously, but it was still during the time when people said the Wii U "had no games" so a lot of people held back until more releases.

There are tons of people who want Xeno for sure, Splatoon is gonna be a hit I believe and Mario Party is bound to sell over 1m at least.

So for the people who haven't bought the Wii U yet, who want games like Hyrule Warriors, Bayonnetta 2, Smash Bros, Mario Kart and all the rest of the amazing games, I feel as though Xeno and Splatoon will finally be the last push they need to actually go and buy a Wii U.

Seriously needs something before MK8 released in the same timeline. Summer will definitely see Wii U 2014 win unless Nintendo come up with something.

Xenoblade Chronicles X, Splatoon, Mario Party 10, Yoshi's Woolly World. There are a lot of titles that are coming out in summer. Even games that don't have release dates yet probably have high chances. Mario Maker is one of them as well as Devil's Third.

No absurdly overhyped games and still good sales.

Can only see X having any sort of impact (and not long term). Maybe Mario Maker could be that game but really hard to see anything doing what MK8 did to the Wii U last year apart from Zelda imo.
