I agree with #2.  Idk who my favorite RPG director is, I'd have to think about it.  For fighting I'd say the Mortal Kombat director, whoever that is.  For hack and slash I'll go with Nomura.

Disagree with 1, especially 2, and especially 4.

No. And by no, I mean F*** NO. In the RPG genre, CD Project and Monolith Soft would have something to say, in Fighting Harada and Sakurai are equal or superior to Ono, Platinum Games makes any action game looking like a childs game. The same goes for Hack'n Slash.

Sony has great developers, but there are even greater developers out there.

BTW, Ono does not belong to Sony.

Oh i agree!  there are other great ones out there as well, but are more restrained under strict orders from their publishers

Sony also has Fumito Ueda, best developer in vapor ware

4 - Kamiya dominates the genre
