Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Xbox One Exclusive Psycho-Pass: Mandatory Happiness Gets English Website; Localization Incoming?

Mages. and 5pb. just opened a new website for the Xbox One exclusive Psycho-Pass, inspired by the popular anime series, but this time the site includes a version in English, as you can see above.

The game’s title even includes a new translated subtitle “Mandatory Happiness.

This definitely seems to be an indication of an upcoming English localization, even if we don’t have an official announcement yet.

Psycho-Pass: Mandatory Happiness is developed by the internal team Division 8, led by Makoto Asada, and has been at the forefront of the promotion of the Xbox One in Japan.

The new site includes an overview of the game’s story and data for all the main characters, including three created for the game: Nadeshiko Kugatachi, Takuma Tsurugi and Alpha. You can check them out in the gallery below.

Mages. and 5pb. teased news coming tomorrow (actually, it’s already today in Japan) at Comiket in Tokyo, so we might hear something more specific soon.

Didn't know they were making a game, hated the anime though...

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

I would play Psycho-Pass if they localize it.

ohhhh shit thaat would be niiice

i wonder how many Xbox gamers have even watched the anime.

What Shika said, will definitely buy it if they localize it.

Well hope the game can sell a lot knowing this type of games (even great quality JRPG) sells worst on Xbox platform.

Hmm, I think it could be localised for Asia in English but I would be really surprised if we get it in the west on Xbox.

Good news is Psycho Pass game doesn't have Mika

Probably a nice amount those anime video apps like crunchy roll are popular on the one.
