Forums - Sales Discussion - It Looks Like PS4 Has Overtaken Xbox One On All Major Retailers Including Amazon.....

If they cut the PS4 by $50, Sony loses 50 million for every million consoles sold and with the overall company taking loses they are going to charge $399 for aslong as possible.

PS4 has been $350(includes the Destiny bundle) w a free game(LBP3, FC4, NBA or whatever else they are giving away) all week at Best Buy. They are in it to win it.

Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

Well it won't be for long. Late christmas shopping. Xbox One will outsell ps4 by 200k guaranteed this month npd

So why would late Christmas shopping benefit the X1 and not the PS4?

You misunderstood. I'm saying ps4 is being benefitted by the late christmas shopping. Xbox I didn't say the x1 was. Doesn't really matter now that the X1 is outselling the ps4 again though

According to Amazon Xbox One is still ahead of PS4.

X1 still ahead on best buy's site too.

No it's not.  PS4 is ahead according to Best Buy.

Don't confuse the new section to the best selling section.

That being said, I think Xbox won December.  I would prefer the PS4 to win.  It would be better for the industry if PS4 won.

typical american behaviour "Let's only compare numbers in the Us, because the rest of the world doesn't matter".

you guys do that with movies, as well. the numbers that ACTUALLY matter are the worldwide numbers.

Careful with the stereotyping my friend. There are lots of us "Americans" who respect the rest of the world.

Xbox One is on top.

I don't see anything specifying New and best selling sections
