You actually did yourself a great service by distancing yourself from this place and out of all the things you could now accomplish with this newly gained freedom you actually chose to return?

Yes my job and company is absolutely awesome. 

I have always been in the software engineering space. Now I run a team of 7 crazy smart engineers with one of the largest companies in the world. No, its unfortunately not directly gaming related though before accepting this job I did have a few interviews with Nintendo.

My new location is awesome too. We moved to a very nice suburb that is very family oriented with lakes, parks, tons of activities, etc. My commute is worse as it went from 15mins to about an hour. But its more than worth it in the long run.

I'm very excited to get smash. I did get it on the 3DS for my kids, so I've played that a couple times. But I will be getting it on Wii U soonish.

haha, well a couple weeks ago I came here to see how things were going and now I find myself having a bit more flexibility to spend on internet stuff that isn't work related. So I fugured, let's do this.

don't get me started on the Bears, what a embarrassment. I had to hide from packer fans this year. J/k I usually take their wallet and cash.

isn't that the truth, just wasting hours on VGchartz lurking. LOL I do take breaks where  I won't be on for weeks, usually summer, works crazy.

Anyways, always good to hear someone making more cash than before. But 1 hour of commute is a bit harsh imo.
