FFXIV already did that...

and it will make more money than FFXV ever will.

And I like it less than pretty much every FF game. But it's the truth imo.

They can't. They could only get some jrpg for the 360 because the console was here before the ps3, and especially because the ps3 was a flop in the beginning, with a lot of problems.

And these games didn't even sell correctly on 360, Namco nearly died because of tales of vesperia low sales, the CEO already said it "Never again, i will do the same mistake".

And i don't even talk about sales in japan for the 360 against Xone...


Microsoft will commission third party jrpgs again. My money is on mistwalker who did lost odyssey once more since they refuse to make a game for sony.

Whats up with the hate of japanese games and downplaying them in recent years by gamers? They are the best games ever made and majority of games who i am looking forward to are japanese. FF15 can easily beat the crap out in sales, it will be huge in japan who arent owning consoles because games like FF are still not released and if more chinese buy consoles it will be even better for FF15, they allready testing the waters with 10 being a launch title there.
I dont except the game to be sucessfull in the US but in the rest of the world, which is a continius trend for japanese games due to media and community bias, see lucky chloe case.

Revive the JRPG genre? Like after all the years where disastrous failures like Xenoblade plagued us?

I dont think it will even revive SQ since Dragon Quest which is and always was the better game than FF was always top notch (not including MMORPGs or on rails titles like Swords on Wii)

It will revive FF as a good franchise probably.

From what I've seen so far 3 female characters in the whole world and none in your party. Like a perfect non-FF game.

There's probably a few that can be in your party. At least I hope so. I like using a all female party except my character. :D

No one likes this because you could do it in FFXIII and everyone hates the game so the next one should be the opposite.
