dude....lol, Zelda is full of complex dungeons and level designs, Rockstar develops sandbox games.

I don't know how much Nintendo and Capcom did with the development of the titles, but Capcom and Flagship are listed as the developers of OoA/OoS and Capcom only for The Minish Cap. Nintendo is listed as the publisher. Looking at the wiki pages, Miyamoto seems to at least have had some role in the development process, but nothing on it says explicitly how it was divided up, if at all.
Ewww, no, keep Rockstar faaaaar away from Nintendo's franchises.
And Skyward Sword was amazing.
