Yes OP is not serious, it's just not possible. He just wants people to get angry and post a lot for him to be able to win this. Some might call that the very definition of trolling.

That's not true at all. People did think xb one could win Nov NPD if there was a further price cut, bundling and the amazing Halo:MCC.
Your logic is pretty much completely flawed, here and in the OP. If MS dropped xb one to €250 in January and there was no PS4 price cut the whole year it might have a chance.
At this point MS has a challenge merely trying to win the UK in 2015.

Sony have dropped their $280m (if my memory serves) annual advertising deal with FIFA which is gonna have an impact too...Football is massive in Europe as you know
My prediction threads:
Wii U will sell under 40m units (made on 14th September 2012)
PS Vita will sell under 20m units (made on 30th September 2012)
Wii U will sell under 7m in 2013 - I was right
Xbox One will not sell better than PS4 in Europe not even in one week.
And remember Xbox One don't have ANY exclusive games from December this year to September next year.

Yeah you're right, nobody expected MS to reduce the console that low with do many free games and nobody expected Sony would be happy to keep the price at $400 with 2 free games. Not going to go into it because I'm sure you've heard it all before. At the end of the day price is very important.
If X1 goes back to the price it was before then we will see major slip in sales. If it stays at $350 then they've already used a very powerful pricecut card that Sony have yet to play. You do not chuck out pricecuts until you need it and right now Sony don't.
