Yes, I'm a poser. I only buy Nintendo consoles to play some of the games I like. In my deepest heart I loathe Nintendo for making me buy their hardware to enjoy some software.

Well, I own every Nintendo console except the Virtual Boy and happen to keep up with Nintendo news, both on this site and off, so I guess not...

Filthy casual.

You're right.

I must prove my worth by attaining the elusive Virtual Boy!

I must make Reggie proud..

I don't really care for nintendo all that much. Their games are for kids and apparently some adults in their 30's. To each their own.

I guess you could call me a poser... I only buy the games that interest me... And of those only play about 10% of them...

I like their games a lot. I'm not gonna buy the ones that don't interest Me though (2d marios)

Ltd predictions by the time 9th Gen comes out

Ps4:110million

Xbox one :75 million( was 65)

Wii u: 20 milliion

Investing in Nintendo consoles has actually made me open up to a wide variety of genres and games because of the lack of third parties. Before when I was just on Playstation, I would really only buy games that were heavily advertised and they were usually FPS or third person action games, with the occasional platformer. Now with the Wii U and 3DS, I've become exposed to tactical RPGs, RTS, life simulation, turn-based RPGs, party games, survival horror, action/hack&slash, adventure games and a TON of platformers (which I consider my favorite genre at the moment).

During the Wii era, I definitely would've considered myself a more casual Nintendo fan. I only bought the huge games like Smash Bros, Mario Kart and Mario Galaxy, and not much more. But now? I'm a lot more open to trying out each title, as long as it doesn't have a horrible reputation (*cough* Sonic Boom *cough*). So I definitely consider myself a more involved Nintendo fan now.

I dispise 3rd parties and other companies that do not bow to the true King Nintendo.

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

No, I'm a Nintendo fan. As a fan of Nintendo for over 20 years, I really would like Nintendo to do better. I've been putting a lot of critical thinking into it and I've noticed that Nintendo has really dumbed down their games so much and are getting more and more childish with every passing year.

I got Captain Toad: Tracker Tracker at launch and I thought it was a fun puzzle game, but it was way too easy. I tore through the game like it was nothing. The puzzles were so straightforward, that I actually felt disappointed about buying the game. I traded in the game at my local GameStop and am using that Trade-In Credit from all of the games I traded in to buy a XBox One or a PS4 after gift exchanging with my relatives.

I still love Nintendo as a company, but they do need to change and get better in order to stay relevant in the console market today.
