I'm completely in the FFVI camp. I think it's a superior game to FFVII in pretty much every way.

I agree with a lot of the points! Except them being in the bottom of the last 13 haha :)
But that's why everyone's opinions are not the same or it would be boring :)

I'd say FFVI! It's my 2nd favorite FF game, only behind IX!

You really should! It's not perfect, but to me it's pretty much the closest we'll ever get to an ideal Final Fantasy game!

FF7 because I love the setting/atmosphere

6 for me! imo the story and the caracters are better.

FF7 is a awesome game no doubt but it started some trends that are hurting FF franchise right now like the j-pop/animeish caracter design.

I like animes don't get me wrong but it feels weird when a realistic 3D character try to do anime gestures or behaving like one.I was playing MGS3 and gosh the cutscenes are cheesy thanks to that.

Wow, those poll results are almost even. I've only played FF7 so far, so I won't comment but I have FF6 on PS1 and it's on my backlog.
