This is just lazy on Sony's Part. Is there not enough pics of MegaMan on the internet that they had to use a pic from Smash?

Yep... that's thread worthy and not an easy mistake to make.

I'm pretty sure all the character artwork in there is copy pasted, so Megaman took as much effort as the rest.

I thought it was going to be screen caps of SSB4 placed in poses to celebrate the anniversary or something to that effect. Would have promoted Smash, Sony's thank you for Nintendo's promoting the Vita not once but twice in the past. :P

PlayStation has had Megaman games.  How do we know this is not the picture Capcom sent to Sony for use in the promotion?

I know they've had, but why didn't Sony get a pic from there?
