Surprised it's so late in the year actually. I thought they'd have gotten it out in the summer, seeing as how it's their main franchise these days.

Guess I worded that badly.  I meant their only major franchise these days, since they lost Neptunia and Atelier (their previous money-makers)

another ps4 exclusive. sony going all out with their #4theplayers motto. This is a very niche title outside of Japan but gets a lot of airtime on gaming forums from the hardcore. Will be interesting to see it's sales. Would 200k lifetime be good for NA?

Here's hoping it releases in Sep or early Oct, so it doesn't get completely lost in the big-hitter tsunami that tends to be Nov. (Like poor LBP3.)

They've been trying to branch out some. Too bad none of them have been big hits yet. I do wonder how Monpiece and other digital only stuff has done though.

Do these games require that I play the last ones? Or are they like final fantasy every game is a new story pretty much with new characters?

They're like Final Fantasy. The characters from previous games do make cameo appearances.

ok cool I like games like this so I'm very interested. Heard the dev could use the money as well so I will be supporting them.
