Is it undertracked enough to cover the 180k a week prediction though?

it sold 1.7 in jan and feb, which results in average thats higher than 200k. i think it was 202k

That's still very impressive compared to the other two, especially Europe and ROW sales.

The Wii is called a fad despite being up YoY in its first year so I don't see why a console that is struggling to be flat YoY can't, unless term coiners decide to show their true colors and add a "it's only a fad if Nintendo makes it" clause.

To be honest, I really don't care if VGC tracks PS4 lower than 180k, even after that adjustments, I don't trust their tracking.

In December when I made this prediction, I was foolish enough to blindly trust them, but there have been WAY to many faults in their tracking in the last 2-3 months. PS4 1 million overtracked, now PS4 800k undertracked, wtf?

The PS4 is in 123 countries.  To think that Chartz has the ability to even project for that many countries is insane. It's not possible and no one but a distributor would have the resources necessary to give accurate numbers.

I hate to be a debby downer, but to all that are calling for certain types of crow to be served, 2015 isn't over yet. Even if all weeks get adjusted above 180k, there's still lot's of opportunity for that plate of crow to be shoved back under your noses again .
