Forums - Sony Discussion - 13 Months with my PS4

same here with me got it launch last year been a dust collector (only played ghost outlast and MGS all very short games) till recently been gaming on it every day since COD AW launch and now im enjoying GTA5 on it. that should last me til past Jan. next year looks better than this for me with resident evil dying light MGS5 and UNC4 to name a few

during this time i went through 3 controllers the sticks would wear off and crack but as you can see i barely used it new one i got a few weeks ago seems to be holding up the other 3 would break out after 2-3 weeks of use

i also want to be able to organize things on the menu at least the features we had from the ps3, folders and arrange trophies by date earned ect.

Around the Network

In the last 13 months PS4 has me back gaming in full swing. I had been looking all over for somthing to entertain me for about 2 years. I bought the Vita, and had a short bit of fun with it, then I rebuilt my computer with a GTX 480 in January 2012, but only found short stints with a number of titles. PS3 and 360 pretty much felt dead after 2011, and between them and the PC, gaming just felt more like a chore than fun.

PS4 changed that in a hury. In the last 13 months I have played nearly 40 titles on the system, and that is only including about 5 of the PS+ offerings. Killzone SF had me hooked on multiplayer for over 30 hours, then I ended up platinuming NFS:R. TR:DE was a blast even though I had played it a year earlier to a miner extent. Infamous ended up delivering what I wanted, and I picked up MLB The Show for the first time since 2010. After that I got into the PS Now Beta, and ended up playing through Oddworld Strangers Wrath, and Enslaved. Then came a month with Watch Dogs, which I had more fun with than I am currently having with GTA5:R. I replayed TLOU:R which was so much better on PS4, and then Destiny filled my free time for nearly 2 months. Driveclub droppped, and was a brillent single player experience (albet a little dissopointing since I had friends that were only looking at it for the PS+ version). Now I am on to LBP3, WWE 2K15, GTA5, and Far Cry 4.

That is just a fraction of what I have enjoyed on PS4 this year. With the OS being damn near instant, I have been wipping in and out of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Instant, MLB.TV, and more in a near perfect mix of gaming, TV, Movies, and Sports. Music Unlimited and Video Unlimited have become premium digital services, and I have enjoyed them on PS4 and on the go.

Finally, I sit here now, having just finished watching WWE TLC and Stairs, with WWE network running in the background, and Far Cry 4 with only the words (Playstation, and Back to Game) between me and it, all while I type this post on my Logitech PS3 Wireless keyboard on the PS4 Web Browser. And the best part about it, this is just the prequel, shit gets real starting next year.

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born.
