Forums - PC Discussion - Valkyria Chronicles is on Steam. you should seriously play it!

One of the best PS3 games and one of the best games in general. If you haven't done already, Play it. It's soo good.

I never heard anyone talking about it being on steam. Why don't they release the sequels too? That would be great!

They seriously need to port VC2 on the PC and then localize VC3.

Yup!

I would not mind if Sega releases Yakuza games on steam too. Release all your games on Steam. I'd buy them all. Steam is like a guaranteed success for good developers (and super shitty ones too :/)

I pre-ordered that shit since it got announced! I really hope this means more jrpgs will be coming over to PC loll

Would love to see tales of games on pc.

The thing is a lot of Japanese developers complain about their games not selling and they release them exclusively to one console thinking that somehow will make their games sell.

In reality only fanboys will list their games on console wars and will never buy them because they are not "pushing hardware to the limits " or some dumb fanboy shit.

Just release it on Steam and drown in money I say. It's what happened with the YS series.

Probably the 2nd most boring game I've ever played... Behind Minecraft. Seriously, I've never seen such a game that's so universally praised that I feel so wholeheartedly doesn't deserve it. To each his own I guess.

PC GAMING: BEST GAMES. WORST CONTROLS

A mouse & keyboard are made for sending email and typing internet badassery. Not for playing video games!!!

There was a thread about it when it first debuted on Steam and how it was selling better than newer and bigger games.

Green Man Gaming is probably cheaper, as they have a 20% off code on the first page. Still plays through the Steam DRM client.

I dont want to burst bubbles, but VC2 and 3 are not nearly as good as the first. They migrate to this Monster hunter formula in regards to gameplay structure because it was the popular structure for portable games.

I do wish SEGA would make a sequal on console, but these days my hope on SEGA is on a resounding zero.

No bubbles burst because its your opinion and although, I agree with whatever they did on the gameplay may not be necessary. Overall it does not take anything away from the games, especially VC3.

You grossly exagerrate its sales on Steam. Developers release it on platforms their fans play on, it's rare you see niche developers complaing.
