Depends on the producer. Still I have faith if the writer and director, the movie will be alright.

Yes, with a great writer and director this could still turn out well. BUT, so far, Sony's shown themselves quite uncapable to make a good animated movie. The odds are against this movie, I'm afraid

All I gotta say is nintendo better go through the contracts with a fine tooth comb, because sony will hate-fuck a license to death before ever giving it up.

I hope Nintendo was smart and didn't give their propriety lock to Sony. And not cause the same BS with Spider-Man unable to go back to Marvel controlled movies.
