Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Dead Rising 3 - One year after - underrated game

This game is glitchy, has dreadful loading to start and end the game and at first your fighting the control.

I have beaten this game twice now and put in just over 35 hours. I'm still playing to finish my PPs.

This game deserve a much better score then the 7.8 metacritic, sure it does have issue and some problem but it's also one of the game I had the most fun playing this year. Nothing like going down the street of Los Perdidos in a G-string bikini dispatching zombie with one of your numerous combo weapons of choices. Many people have just recently purchase an Xbox one and if your looking for an amazing game with hours of content the new Dead Rising 3: Apocolypse edition is amazing value only $40 on Amazon.

Sadly, I now want to purchase the DLC content for Dead Rising 3 since I have pretty much max out the content in original game. But I'm looking at $25 season pass. I'm hoping this game DLC will get a price cut soon on the digital store.

***Highly recommended budget game to new Xbox one owners***

I've been trying to pimp this game for the longest. It's so much fun and Smartglass(recommended)adds even more to it. I bought the Apocalypse Edition so if you wanna co-op lemme know.

Very fun game, i only played through once though. Just good old fashioned fun.

It's a fun game I think, the best launch title I have played for the 8th gen consoles but I do think it gets a bit repetitive after a while and the graphical glitches and FPS drops are a bit annoying. But for $40 I think it's a pretty good price.

Its one of the games Im getting when I buy a XB1 at some point...

oh Wow... I totally forgot to talk about that.... this game has one of the best two player Co-op. I'm really looking forward to playing the story on nightmare mode this is the last thing that I need to do before buying the DLC's and my gamerscore is only 730/1000.

The Co-op and smartglass when it's working it's amazing but be warned that this is a glitchy launch title and you will have to work on getting it started.

Often the Smartglass doesn't work has well has it should  and the Co-op is hard to get started. In order to start Co-op both player must start a single player game and then one player can invite someone to their game. If the other player is in the xbox menu or on the title screen it won't work. Also, In order to play co-op you need to get to the garage Chapter 2 this can be done in like 15 min. from that point you can play the rest of the game in Co-op.

This game is easy 20 hours + .... completionist be warned.... you need at least 30-50 hours and require grinding zombie kills.

I just bought it a couple of weeks ago but didn't play it much past the intro. It actually looks really good on my TV and felt much better than the first two. Gonna jump into it today since I'm almost out of things to do in Sunset Overdrive.

I loved it, I bought almost all the dlc, now I just need to finish them.
