PS4 overtracked 29% (300k)
WiU overtracked 37% (140k)

Wow...looking at the sales the XBox achieved I wouldn't have cut my price either. It was only a 400k differential. They can weather that because december wont have another black friday.

Ps4 had the better Black Friday deal compared the the rest of November price and that is gone now. The 349 AC Xb1 bundle is still available
I expect the gap to be even bigger in December

Those Dragon Age Inquisition numbers make me sad. It's a really good game. It deserves better.

How or where are we getting PS4 numbers to be 800k?

PS4 was only overtracked by ~229K (estimates are 828K), not too far off from XBO's overtracking of 216K.
