Forums - Gaming Discussion - Zelda on the Wii U looks a lot similar to Shadow of the Colossus

Its funny how people only accuse sony of copying other franchises like we have seen with the uncharted 4 footage which people said it was ripping off tomb raider.
But it never gets pointed out if a sony game is inspiring other games. For me the newest zelda is reminding me a lot of shadow of the colossus. especially riding trough empty environment. Zelda was never about that or at least it wasnt the main focus of the game.

Opinions ?

I was actually kinda thinking about that cause of the whole horse thing cause since the horse can essentially be "automatic," that leaves the player being able to do more things then he otherwise couldn't have due to wonky controls. So this way, you can tell the horse where to go while being able to do various things while riding on the horse

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

Just because of the horse AI? lol

Anyway Shadow of the colossus is great.

If its true then I want to jump and climb on top of a 100ft ganon

Idk, i think Spemanig's analysis of it it being like Wind Waker on land is more accurate.

When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.

Its the Elder Scrolls: Zelda. Reminds me of skyrim more than anything else

Just way more colourful.

I wouldn't say "Shadow of the Colossus: Zelda Edition", or "The Elder Scrolls: Zelda". More like "Zelda 1 in 3D"

my opinion is that zelda ocarina of time was the first 3D action adventure game with a horse. so this is just another topic from another sony fanboy.
