Considering oceans on mars, some fossilized structures and whatnot life outside is as certain as we evolved from monkey/chimp/primate or any terms you use in USA. But we still didn't found concrete evidence for any of them yet.

I would love some of our opposing cientists to show up and explain by no cientific means why both are impossible. I know you are out there guys.

Searching life on Mars is like searching human beings in your room... if there is none it doesn't prove you are alone on earth.
The current estimate is that there is 25,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 planets in the Universe, 250 trillions in our galaxy... it's absolutely huge, about unbelievable how much planets there are... and so we have only seen 8 of them, for a short time and mostly from far away. It's very hard to imagine not a single planet could be home to a bacteria except for the Earth that is full of life with millions of species. In fact, to prove there is no life outside earth, you would have to visit every single planet. So, there is life unless proven false.

We haven't found life elsewhere, we may never do. But to say there is no life out there for sure is insanity.

It happened once.. it can happen again. Unless you think life around a star is a one in sextillion chance..

In fact, it's not even the Universe, it's the observable Universe, the Universe could even be infinite with an infinite number of planets.

In my religion, God only made 3 sapient creatures - angels, humans, and something else called a jinn. Jinn's are creatures made from smokless fire.

hmm, that's true. But even muslim religious experts say that those alien and ghosts sightings are just jinns. What I'm saying kinda sounds wierd, and its probably hard to understand if you have a different faith. 

Well that's your opinion. Perhaps your lack of faith in God is the reason why you are so sure that aliens exist. 

I brought it up because my religion doesn't mention anything about aliens and extra terrestial life. 

So it doesn't deny or confirm the existence or possibility, so it won't help the OP much. Besides he not asking about religion take on the subject.
