wow, looks like only Nintendo are delivering the 60fps joy, lately it looks like it's the only one delivering on online as well

i dont really recall any point in time being lead to believe, or being told, by fans or anyone else, that it was 60fps to begin with.

At least they admit that its due to technical limitation rather than some bullshit PR answer like 'cinematic feel'.

Disappointing but also expected.

Huh?

Pretty much 90% of AAA games run 30FPS on both consoles. It only would get juicy if it ran sub 1080p.
