So I've been wondering how to use my PS3 controller with my laptop there seems to be many ways and it looks complicated, does anyone have any past experience with this? Does it work as good as it does on a gaming console so no delays? Does it work with all games?
I used motionjoy. You get Xbox 360 controller button prompts on the screen but you can use a PS3 controller for games.

No delay in controls, buttons all worked kind of thing.

Yeah everything worked fine and all the buttons worked like they do on an actual console.
Its not complicated, just google it and you'll get a driver and command interpreter thingy that emulates 360 controller with ps3, if you ever used an emulator it will be kind of like that.
