I already favour Xbox One over PS4.
Not at all. I will never go with Microsoft, ever, no matter what.
If Sony happens to leave the biz, Nintendo and PC will be my choices.
If XBOX is the only option left, I will simply just quit gaming all together.
Nothing will ever change this.
Nobody would buy it anyway, because the majority of people on Xbox would be shooter fanatics.
Bet with Xander XT:
I can beat more games on his 3DS than he can on my PSVita in a month. Loser has to buy the winner a game on his/her handheld Guess who won? http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=193531
Me!
Rare returning to glory to me would mean that they would match the best of what they accomplished on the N64, since I didn't like anything they did on the 360. So with that in mind, there would be no Diddy Kong Racing, shooters have evolved way beyond Goldeneye, Perfect Dark was overrated, I've never cared for Killer Instinct, and I thought Jet Force Gemini was terrible.
So basically, it comes down to Banjo, Blast Corps and Conker completely kicking ass like they did on the N64, and even then, is it enough to sway me away from Uncharted 4, a new God of War, and PS4's superior tech? Not to mention that I like PS4's controller better.
Sony certainly doesn't have a huge stable of AAA frachises either (my opinion), but it would still take more than just Rare's efforts on the XB1 to make me favor Microsoft's console.
Nope. My choice would still be the PS4
I'm not against XB though, the XBone is also a good console. I just prefer PS and having Rare be good developers would help but wouldn't tip the scale
No because the majority of 3rd party games are better on PS4 and so are exclusives and a good Banjo Kazooie wouldn't do much. I can just play the original for much cheaper
XBOX ONE/Wii U/3DS/PC
RIP Iwata 12/6/1959-7/11/2015
Thanks for all the great memories!
No, unless they can find Japanese support then Xbox will never be the only console for me. It'll be my primary but I'll always in the end need a PS4 for the Japanese games.
