Unfortunately Xenosaga Remaster is still just the hope of Katsuhiro Harada and myself along with a few others. Unfortunately Operation KOS-MOS has pretty much flatlined in trending and is still falling woefully short of the support Harada said he needed, but here's holding out hope.

Got it.
And who knows, maybe after Xenoblade Chronicles X is launched ...

Exactly, I'm hoping that Xenoblade Chronicles X (along with the rerelease of Xenoblade Chronicles for the New 3DS) finds the success they deserve which will give Nintendo the kick in the ass they need to decide to fund the project.
This is a part of another discussion on this site, but Nintendo needs the games and Namco Bandai is just being held back by the funding. They brought back Kos Mos in Project X Zone (where the initial desire to bring back the series came from) and have worked side by side with Nintendo for Smash Bros Wii U (yet again along with Monlith Soft). I swear it feels like one of those anime where the guy and girl love each other and keep getting put in situations to be around each other but never ask each other out, same thing. Both Monolith Soft and Namco Bandai want to get together and make Xenosaga HD, and they keep "unintentionally" get together to develop games but they just won't say "Hey, let's make Xenosaga HD!!!"
