So basically, best case scenario is that abusive cops get caught in their acts or aggressive people get properly tried without being able to pull out the race card argument, and worst case scenario, nothing changes from what's happening now and everything that occurs will be obscured by different eye witnesses and indirect evidence.

I'm sure the rule will be, if you shoot someone unarmed and you don't have your cam on, you're going to jail unless other cameras around the area prove your case.

You could make a new site, put advertising, etc. It would probably be the most watched thing in america. US could make millions doing this.
