It looks good. Obviously JJ Abrams is more of a Star Wars fanboy, so yeah I wont miss this.

The main problem I have with the "black dude" is that in the original trilogy you never see a storm trooper. They're this faceless solider of death. Now we see a storm trooper without there helmet on for the first time and he looks like he's just crapped himself.

Everything else fine, they didn't show much so hard to make a judgement on the movie, but it'll probably be the worst episode of the new trilogy anyway. Almost certainly better than the prequels though.

Regular stormtroopers are enlisted people into The Empire's military. Hence why Leia asks Luke if the uniform wasn't too big when they first met.

You're talking about the Clone Wars era, on which, indeed, the soldiers are cloned from Jango (not Boba!)'s DNA.

How do you know he is actually a storm trooper.... he could have just dressed up as one to escape them and landed on a planet... its not difficult to guess :)

This film is set 30 Years after Return of the Jedi, which was set ~26 Years after The Clone Wars.

You are looking at approx 55-60 Years later in the time line. Those Clones? They no longer exist.
