Looking at the sales so far for Pro Evo (former king of football), and the PS4 version is outselling the X1 version 13-1. PS3 outselling the 360 version 7-1. 

Konami would be better off making this PS4/PS3 exclusive in return for a bundle deal next Christmas. The game is back to it's former glory gameplay wise and a bundle would really get it the market share it needs. Win win for them and Sony consdering MS are doing a FIFA bundle for the Xbox (not that it stopped the PS FIFA domination in anyway) but still.

Why would Konami want to lose sales? Why can't they have a bundle and also be on the One? Dozens of games had bundles while being mulitplatform

It's a good idea, especially when you see how badly optimised PES 15 is one the Xbox One, can't hurt the PS4 to have an exclusive and it would be great for PES, still wont ever get close to the numbers FIFA do, but would probably be an improvement.

The football games marketshare gap between fifa and pes is growing every new year so I don't believe that they'll gain much from it.Just look at the ps4 numbers of fifa 14 and compare it to pes.Konami needs to step up their game or else there's really no way back for this series.

Free advertising ? would save more money then few game sold on xbox one + win market share vs fifa.

because X1 and 360 PES sales are now tiny and over all about 10% of the sales it gets on PS4/PS3 combined. If they got a bundle on the PS4 the increase in sales would be a lot higher than the lost sales on Xbox. And the gaps getting bigger by the year. Makes sense to me. 

No, I think they should expand it and release it for Nintendo systems as well...

Considering the game has sold a grand total of 22k on Xbox One in two holiday weeks, I guess it wouldn't be too bad of an idea.

They might get that many extra units on PS4 just because exclusives get more media attention.

and the reason i think sony would benefit is because PES is now better than Fifa again and EA might start showing Sony a bit more respect given the vast majority of their sales for all games including Fifa come on the PS consoles. 

ANd Konami might even get a MGS bundle and exclusive advertising deal sorted out because PS4 sales for MGS will slaughter the X1. Just like it did for Ground Zeroes. 

Afaik the licenses they acquired dictate which platforms they have to develop the game for.
