Forums - Gaming Discussion - XBOX ONE vs PS4 Durability Test

Dunno if this was already posted (haven't checked, so in case it did, lock this thread and permaban me to Oblivion).

I found it scientifically...interesting

Boo, embed are still broken :(

These youtube comments make me so happy: "If you listen closely, you can hear Sony faggots crying."

Classy.

OT: Nice video! This will show the internet that the Xbox One is the superior product!

"I've Underestimated the Horse Power from Mario Kart 8, I'll Never Doubt the WiiU's Engine Again"

Reminds me of that video a couple years ago where they tested the 6th gen consoles. I'm not too surprised by the results, I would imagine the Xbox could fair better because of increased surface area of the console. The PS4 landing vertically probably didn't help out too much either.

I would call it drop test. Not durability.
A durable console is something else ;)

Nice, good to know.

Those comments are killing me, wow!

Xbox One - PS4 - Wii U - PC

It is interesting, but how frequently do you drop your $400 console which never leaves your entertainment center from 15 feet?

A much more interesting test would have been to clog the consoles with dust and put them through an endurance test in a hot oven. That is something which could possibly happen to a console over years of normal use.

It's probably best not to drop either one from 15 feet up.

If any of you Xbox One owners want to verify these results with your own system, that would help out a lot. Thanks in advance.
