Better rush to the store to buy everything nintendo before it sells out!

Ive been thinking the same thing. Didnt Bayonetta 2 sell out everywhere as well?

A lot of stores cut the Nintendo section so they probably aren't prepared for the holiday season (I believe demand of Wii U should be higher this holiday season compared to last considering better games released this year). I'm glad the amiibos are selling well. I bought 4 (keeping one Marth in the box while I took the other one out). I plan on getting about 10 or so by the end of Jan.

I haven't really looked into it but that's quite possible. They might not have stocked up enough due to the rest of the year.

overall i voted no but it's hard to predict this patchy demand, in some areas nintendo is very popular in others not so much

Still restraining shipments I see.

We have some shops dumping their 8 GB Wii Party U bundles for <€200 selling out quickly and other bundles follow suit. Retailer decided to dump the price just a Wii (pun intended) bit early. Also prices on accessories have been going back up and are also selling out because they kept low stocks.

Weird thing is there is very little to no attention for Wii U. No commercials over here for months, magazines not covering them, Shop booklets have 2 or 3 pages with PS4/XBOX1 stuff and only a "dump" section on 1 page listing MK 8 and SSB Wii U as normal games and the rest is just bargain bin things. So either word is spreading among the interwebs or among the young ones themselves... Because advertisement has nothing to do with it.

I'm on a dutch tech website also running a forum and a topic dedicated to Wii U has had a steep influx of new people who either already bought it or are planning on doing so and inquiring about deals and must buy's. Very weird...
